EQUIPMENT LIST

2d linear drawings, similar to the plans proposed by the developers, but more detailed. They show the arrangement of furniture and equipment on a scale, usually in 3-4 variants.

Computer generated images to show the overall design concept in a way that imitates photos of the future implementation. Visualizations show ideas for the interior, its colors, selected materials, furniture and lighting.

Technical / executive drawings are flat 2D drawings, which are designed to clarify the information contained in the visualizations. As part of them, detailed projects are created, among others electrics, wall stucco or custom-made furniture.

Also known as specification. It is a long table containing a list of products and materials that the Architect recommends the Investor to buy in order to complete the project. Put simply: it's a shopping list.

PROJECT COURSE

 MEETING ZERO

The zero meeting is my working name for the first bigger contact between us and the client who decides to cooperate. It can take the form of an e-mail exchange, a longer phone call, a live or Skype meeting. Its purpose is to discuss the course of the cooperation, its general principles, and to answer any customer questions that may arise. The zero meeting is never paid or obligatory. During the meeting, we do not discuss the exact guidelines for the project - there will still be time for that :)

FIRST MEETING

The first meeting is an opportunity to ask a lot of questions. Through us - to determine the client's needs, tastes, budget and initially discuss what his dream interior should look like. By the client - to inquire about the rationality of specific solutions, the practicality of the materials considered, the possibilities of the budget. The first meeting can take place in Krakow / Wieliczka or on Skype. It is mainly based on discussing the inspirations collected by the client and answering many, many questions on our part :) All this leads to the writing of design guidelines, which are then sent by e-mail to the client for approval or possible supplementation. Such guidelines are then the basis for all subsequent stages of the project.

INVENTORY

Inventory is a natural measurement of an apartment / house, which is primarily important for the accurate preparation of working drawings. In the case of projects in Krakow and the surrounding area, we make inventories within the project price. In the case of projects outside these areas, we usually work on developers' projections and / or measurements provided by the client. At the client's request, we can prepare a footprint and guidelines for his inventory or make it independently outside Krakow for an additional fee, determined individually.

VISUALIZATION

Creating a visualization is the most creative part of the whole process, because that's when the concept of what should look like is created. Starting with colors, through the selection of materials, furniture design, and lighting. The whole concept is based on the previously discussed inspirations, design guidelines and the approved arrangement. Importantly, already at the visualization stage, we select specific equipment so that it has a chance to fit into the client's taste and budget. We do not place random furniture or lamps on the visualizations, over which later, during the implementation, you have to wonder - where to get them and how they should fit in the budget :) Everything is thought out from the beginning to the end. As part of the comprehensive project, we offer our clients the possibility of making two corrections to the visualization, while as part of the PLUS complex project - three such rounds of corrections. Finally, we can combine all versions into one, optimal whole

BUDGET DRAFT

Along with the visualizations, we send a sketch of the planned budget. It takes into account the estimated costs of labor and custom-made furniture, as well as fairly specific prices of selected furniture and equipment that have been shown in the visualizations. Thanks to such a sketch, it is easier for the customer to navigate the costs, he is able to determine whether he wants to invest more or less in something. When looking for a renovation team or a carpenter, it is also easier for him to make a choice that allows him to fit in the budget, because it is clear what amounts have been included in the budget (and as you know, the price lists of individual contractors can drastically differ from each other).

WORKING DRAWINGS

When the final version of the visualization is approved by the client, we can proceed to the detailed drawings. These are very detailed, linear 2d drawings that allow the renovation team, carpenters and all contractors to complete the project so that it looks like the visualizations.

INTERIOR VISUALIZATIONS

This is the best way to see a non-existing interior in a photorealistic form. Thanks to the virtual arrangement of rooms, you can plan and develop the available space well. See what it looks like in daylight and artificial lighting. Interior visualizations are most often based on the provided plans and architectural designs.

ARCHITECTURAL VISUALIZATIONS

The first step is to build a 3D model of the building, most often based on architectural drawings. The second stage is the creation of the entire environment - vegetation, road infrastructure and other buildings. People in the surroundings of the presented building add emotion and naturalness, which increases the attractiveness of the image and the power of the message.
